Synopsis

As Nobita diligently pursued a tan, a cloud drifted across the sun, abruptly dimming the light. Doraemon, ever resourceful, produced a device capable of manipulating clouds. Eager for mischief, Nobita employed the machine to playfully frighten Shizuka, a companion, and Gian. However, the device soon overheated, signaling its limitations.
