Synopsis

With a soft whir, Doraemon conjured a tiny thundercloud, its miniature storm meant to alleviate Nobita’s dread of thunder. Once the fear was banished, however, Nobita’s newfound power found a mischievous outlet, and he began using the cloud to playfully shock those around him.
