Synopsis

Tzo, a boy of humble means and no father to guide him, could not afford the precious fish flags. Recognizing his plight, Doraemon activated a cloud machine. From it sprang forth several fish flags, which swiftly matured into fully grown creatures, destined to bring prosperity to Tzo.
