Synopsis

From his pouch, Doraemon retrieves a device – a cannon of sorts – designed to transport anyone to any location, activated by a television. Nobita intends to demonstrate its capabilities with his companions, but their plans are complicated by the arrival of a bank robber with designs of his own.
