Synopsis
Cesar dedicated his efforts to helping former gang members find redemption through the rehabilitation of troubled dogs. His cases were often complex, ranging from a pit bull with a penchant for pilfering food directly from the dining table to a Maltese prone to nipping and biting other canines.
