Synopsis

For a taste of genuine comfort, Guy embarks on a culinary journey. In Toronto, a smokehouse elevates familiar fare, transforming burgers, fried chicken, and even the classic BLT with inventive flair. He then travels to Burbank, California, to a family-run chili establishment steeped in a century of history. Finally, in Philadelphia, he discovers a three-story eatery serving elevated bar food – clam chowder with gnocchi and a local fry specialty.
