Synopsis

Barnabas encounters William Loomis, Carolyn's husband and a writer. Carolyn keeps a watchful eye on Barnabas. Maggie learns of Daniel's animosity towards her, a son of Quentin's with Angelique. William cautions Maggie against placing trust in Julia. Later, William discovers the marks of a bite on Carolyn’s neck. He confronts Barnabas at his coffin, brandishing a cross and chains, then secures him there with the intention of documenting the event in his next book.
