Jeb confided in Carolyn about the persistent shadow that had begun to follow him. Meanwhile, Sabrina declared to Quentin her desire to marry Chris. Jeb implored Bruno to ask Nicholas for assistance. Angelique’s enchantment once more drew Quentin and Maggie into each other's orbit. Desperate, Sabrina attempted to persuade Bruno to abandon Collinsport and cease his pursuit of Chris; he refused, and she leveled a gun, threatening him with death.
