Synopsis

Paul urged Carolyn to accompany him away from Collinsport. Roger, meanwhile, implored her to keep her distance from her father. He offered Carolyn money, a test to gauge whether Paul would depart the town at the first opportunity. Barnabas informed Paul that he was left with no alternative but to accept the impending events. While in the antique shop, Carolyn detected the sound of labored breathing emanating from the nursery.
