Synopsis

Carolyn observes Paul’s increasingly paranoid behavior and asks Julia to discreetly check on him. Barnabas reminds Paul of a commitment made two decades prior. In 1949, Paul had pledged his most prized possession to a man named Strak. He now understands, with a chilling clarity, that Carolyn is the treasure he truly values, and that the Leviathans desire her.
