Synopsis

Edward pressed Barnabas for the secret, but Barnabas insisted he had not learned it from Edith. Meanwhile, Quentin plotted to secure an inheritance from Edith, even if it meant altering her will. He discovered from Magda that the document was concealed within Edith’s coffin. Quentin dispatched Jamison to pilfer the will. Barnabas informed Quentin that he was aware of his intentions.
