Synopsis

"Don't even think about it," Quentin cautioned Barnabas, a grim edge to his voice. "The notion of you harming me is absurd." Barnabas countered, his tone equally sharp, "And you, Quentin, should not place any faith in Angelique." Quentin’s gaze drifted, and he was startled to see Jenny, his wife, standing nearby. Moments later, Dirk discovered Quentin’s lifeless form, a blade buried in his chest. Subsequently, Barnabas found Dirk standing over the body.
