Synopsis

Cassandra lunged at Barnabas, her intent to kill thwarted by his defenses. Stripped of magical protection, she began to age with alarming speed as mortality drew near. Barnabas and Julia watched her decline, anticipating the inevitable. Yet, defying their expectations, Cassandra vanished without warning.
