Synopsis

A growing sense of dread consumed Chris, a feeling as if he were on the precipice of a terrible change. He urged Barnabas to lock him within the mausoleum. Later, a man named Ned Stuart arrived at Collinwood seeking Chris. He located Barnabas and Julia at Chris’ cottage and informed them that Chris had been betrothed to his sister, hinting darkly that she was no longer living.
