Synopsis

In the shadowed woods, Angelique found Barnabas and offered him sustenance, a grim ritual repeated. Afterward, he lay still, lost to unconsciousness. When he stirred, a new command settled upon him: he was tasked with delivering a deadly medicine to the vulnerable Joe.
