Synopsis

Deep in the woods, Ben sharpened his axe when Angelique summoned him to the Old House. He initially resisted, but then her face materialized amongst the trees, and she declared that his defiance was futile. Ben obeyed, making his way to the Old House. Elsewhere, Jeremiah informed Barnabas of his impending departure, a news that visibly distressed the master, who would sorely miss the wedding.
