Synopsis

With Laura declared deceased, Elizabeth stirs from her prolonged coma, a sudden and urgent desire compelling her to return to Collinwood. Victoria recounts her recent ordeal to David, though his recollections are fragmented, anchored only to the image of the fishing shack. She tells him of his mother's departure from town, a forced separation. As David departs, Burke enters the drawing-room with Vickie, presenting her with Laura’s locket, recovered from the remnants of the shack's fire.
