Synopsis

Julia cut Carrie off before she could reveal Melanie's mother. She accused Carrie of already knowing, demanding a promise that she wouldn't tell Melanie. Meanwhile, Gabriel pleaded with Flora to release him from the tower room. Flora sought counsel from the family, and they all agreed he should remain confined. Undeterred, Gabriel managed to escape.
