Synopsis

A shadow of suspicion fell upon Barnabas; Trask and Gerard found themselves increasingly convinced he harbored a darker secret. Meanwhile, Daphne, drawn by an unforeseen force, succumbed to a burgeoning affection for Gerard and, in a moment of unguarded emotion, kissed him. Their investigation then led them to Ben’s diary, its cryptic entries ultimately revealing a chilling truth: the skeletal remains of Reverend Trask lay hidden in the basement of the Old House.
