Synopsis

Joanna’s spirit seemed to fade. In Gerard’s room, Desmond discovered a journal belonging to Judah Zachery and took it. Trask was certain Quentin was dabbling in witchcraft. Quentin confessed his love for Daphne to Gerard, who then used his power to ensnare her affections. Gerard subsequently employed voodoo to cause Desmond to choke, and then pilfered the journal of Judah Zachery.
