Synopsis

Valerie – though she’s known as Angelique, and before that Miranda – recalls her true name: Miranda, a witness against Judah Zachery in 1692. Amadeus Collins, a judge at Zachery's trial, condemned him and vowed a curse upon the Collins family. Quentin discovers another cryptic note directing him to a meeting in the woods. He is surprised to find Daphne waiting there. Meanwhile, Gerard dreams that Judah himself will exert control over his thoughts.
