Synopsis

The moment Carolyn was retrieved, she vanished from sight. Barnabas discovered a note, a jumble of disjointed clues penned by Carolyn in the hours before her death. Later, they found her body in the playroom. Under Gerard's influence, Julia reluctantly agreed to assist the sheriff. The sheriff then opened Barnabas’ coffin.
