Synopsis

Roxanne confided in Barnabas that she sensed a connection between them, a subtle but undeniable affinity. Then, Gerard materialized before Barnabas at Rose Cottage. He exerted a disturbing influence over Mrs. Johnson, who subsequently manipulated Julia into seeking out Barnabas. The two women found themselves trapped within the burning confines of Rose Cottage. Roxanne aided Barnabas and Julia in their desperate escape. Maggie, however, managed to flee and sought refuge with the vampire.
