Synopsis

Following the seance, David lost consciousness. He and Hallie resolved to confide in Elizabeth everything that had transpired, but a wave of fear washed over them when the boat Daphne had given David materialized in the drawing-room. Carolyn consulted Sebastian Shaw, requesting a horoscope and probing him with personal inquiries. In the playroom, Hallie perceived the apparition of Tad Collins, mistaking it for David, only to glimpse David again as she departed.
