Synopsis

A disquiet settled upon Sam as he considered the task of painting Burke’s portrait, and he found himself increasingly drawn to abandoning the endeavor. Simultaneously, a shadow of jealousy crept over Carolyn upon hearing of the burgeoning connection between Victoria and Burke.
