Synopsis

In Marseille, Caplan and Walter find themselves adrift amidst the city's famed bouillabaisse. Meanwhile, in Paris, Roxanne and Bernardi become entangled in a drug transaction that quickly connects them to figures from Caplan’s past – men who have previously benefited from their "services."
