Synopsis

Barely having brought the Russian Mafia to justice, Caplan, Walter, and Roxanne now confront "Baba" Aroudj, the leader of the Turkish Mafia. Meanwhile, Vogel finds himself embroiled in trouble behind bars. But this is not enough for Caplan, who is determined to ensure Vogel's safety. To reach him, however, Caplan must confront the lingering specter of a deeply painful chapter in his own history.
