Synopsis

In the course of investigating the murder of a prominent gang leader, Danny and Baez uncover a troubling connection: the man accused of the shooting is a former convict with ties to his parole officer, raising suspicions of possible complicity in a cover-up. Foreseeing the potential for escalating violence, Frank intervenes to attempt mediation, but finds himself confronting a formidable obstacle in the form of a rival gang leader responsible for the death of a police chief two years prior.
