Synopsis

In a city gripped by rising crime, Police Chief assigns suspended Detective Oh Goo Tak a risky assignment: build a police squad made up entirely of criminals. He assembles a team of unlikely operatives – including Park Woong Chul, a notorious gangster; Lee Jung Moon, the youngest and most intelligent serial killer ever recorded; and Jung Tae Soo, a deadly contract killer.
