Synopsis

Babar resolved to offer a place within the palace to a young boy from the circus. However, when the boy, overcome with homesickness, expressed a desire to return to his former life, he learned that the circus had fallen into the clutches of Lord Rataxes, and the opportunity to reclaim it might be lost forever.
