Synopsis

Babar’s plans for restoring the theater, a cherished tribute to his mother, face a serious obstacle. His people, consumed by a fanciful ambition to outpace Lord Rataxes in a lunar race, have devoted themselves to constructing a rocketship, diverting resources and attention from the restoration project.
