Synopsis

Upon ascending the throne, Babar, the new King of the Elephants, issued his first decree: to construct a city for their entire kind. Yet, his undertaking was complicated not only by the rival ambitions of Lord Rataxes, who also sought to raise a city, but also by Babar's own relentless focus on completing his envisioned metropolis within the stipulated timeframe, a drive that presented formidable obstacles.
