Synopsis

In the remote expanse of Big Bend, Texas, bordering Mexico, Bourdain ventures into a landscape where humanity confronts the relentless power of nature, and often finds itself outmatched. He shares meals with weathered cowboys who have learned to coexist with the harsh terrain, and seeks understanding from an anthropologist who has deciphered the ancient symbols of the White Shaman wall paintings, remnants of a forgotten past.
