Synopsis
Carlos Rafael, a man who commands a multi-million dollar commercial fishing empire along the Eastern seaboard, finds himself ensnared in an elaborate IRS operation. Agents, disguised as members of the Russian mafia, launch an undercover sting, and it is Rafael’s tendency to speak freely that ultimately draws him into their trap.
