Synopsis

Ric Burns’ portrait focuses on the photographer whose ties to Yosemite are so profound that a mountain within the park bears his name. Adams (1902-1984) first encountered Yosemite at the age of fourteen, an experience, according to William Turnage, Adams’ former business manager, that irrevocably altered the course of his life.
