A beloved episode finds Sammy Davis Jr., playing himself, as a passenger in Archie’s taxi who has mistakenly left his briefcase behind. Plans are set in motion to return it to the Bunker residence. As is typical, Archie voices his prejudices and misunderstandings, but Sammy graciously humors him. Just before departing, Munson suggests they have their photograph taken together. Then, unexpectedly, he kisses Archie! Archie stands speechless, utterly dumbfounded.
