This is a genuinely fascinating and skillfully produced documentary series. The recreated scenes are exceptionally good, achieving a cinematic feel. Anyone with an interest in the subject needs to make sure they watch it.

I was really impressed by this show. It's beautifully shot. There’s an enormous amount of historical detail packed into the six episodes, covering a significant span of time in Japanese history filled with political maneuvering, conflicts, and key events.
