Synopsis

Assemblyman Hwang Jin Yong made public the names contained within the list. The sheer number – nearly a hundred politicians implicated – sent a wave of fear through those compromised. Yet, Cho Tae Sub recognized an opening. He consolidated his influence, drawing in disgraced officials and offering them a path to rehabilitation under his sway. Finding the impact of the list less devastating than Hee Woo had anticipated, he resolved to press on.
