Synopsis

Captain Strand disclosed to the assembled one hundred and twenty-six men that he had been collaborating with the FBI in an effort to dismantle a domestic terrorist organization. This work was undertaken alongside his involvement with the Austin motorcycle club, The Honor Dogs. He then challenged Owen to a race against time, urging him to reach the State Capitol and neutralize a bomb threat, thereby preventing the terrorists' deadly designs.
