Synopsis

Our culinary exploration led us to four restaurants united by a singular focus: rice. We began with Albert Guzmán's inventive dishes at his namesake establishment. Next, we encountered Mar and the traditional preparations served at Ida Can Machino. A meal amidst rice paddies awaited us at Mas de Prades, nestled in Ladis. Finally, we concluded with Lurdes, offering a sophisticated yet relaxed take on rice cuisine at La Subhasta.
