Synopsis

Alongside Marc Ribas, we encounter Roger, proprietor of La Mare de la Font, whose cuisine remains deeply rooted in the region's traditions. We also visit Xaloc, a restaurant overseen by Elisenda and her family. Dinner is shared at the home of Rosa Maria Jubany, where we savor authentic local dishes. Finally, we discover Carme and her Premsa, a remarkable establishment housed within a historic oil press.
