Synopsis

Alongside Marc Ribas, we embark on a culinary exploration of modern India, beginning with Ivan Surinder's Tandoor restaurant. From there, we journey to the welcoming landscapes of Venezuela with Adnaloy Osío's Caña de Azúcar. Our gastronomic tour continues at Nicola Marino's Italian "trattoria," Piazze d'Italia, before concluding with a visit to Thailand, guided by Clara Roca of Thai Barcelona.
