Synopsis

Through Marc Ribas, we encounter Carme, proprietor of Els Fogons de la Carme, a space where aesthetics hold considerable weight. We also meet Mercè, of L'Estel de la Mercè, whose exacting standards are apparent in every plate. At the Ferreruela restaurant, we find Gonzalo and a team dedicated to utilizing their own produce and time-honored methods. And finally, Mercè, owner of Casa Mercè, will guide us as we savor cuisine crafted to her distinctive vision.
