Synopsis

Brenda and the Priority Homicide Team are called to investigate a sniper who is targeting gang members in and around MacArthur Park. An ex-Army colonel offers his help, convinced the killer is his son. With a full-scale gang war on the horizon, Brenda cautiously agrees to his assistance.
