Synopsis

Zack has returned. The team travels to New Jersey for a project with builder Zack Dettmore, and homeowners Peter and Kay, whose home is a charming 1930s colonial. Kevin O'Connor and Peter begin by surveying the first floor, planning the details of an expansion. Meanwhile, Kay and Tom Silva confer on improvements for the second floor. Richard Trethewey examines plumbing upgrades in the basement, while Jenn Nawada and the homeowners discuss designs for a new patio.
