Synopsis

Host Jesse Palmer is ascending the Alps, his destination the majestic Mont Blanc. As a prelude to the main event, the bakers are challenged to create fanciful Mont Blanc desserts—a riot of color and playful flavors, limited only by their imaginations. The spirit of whimsy continues with an unexpected twist: upside-down cakes. The bakers must summon their inner Willy Wonka, crafting cakes that defy gravity, suspended in midair for the discerning judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman, and Nancy Fuller.
