Synopsis

The Thanksgiving feast invariably revolves around a single centerpiece: the turkey. This week, host Jesse Palmer challenges the bakers to craft turkey-themed desserts, complete with delicate edible feathers and beaks. And no Thanksgiving is truly complete without an artfully arranged table. The bakers demonstrate their tablescaping expertise, presenting mini Thanksgiving cakes to judges Carla Hall, Duff Goldman, and Nancy Fuller.
