Synopsis

Colette and Gregg persuade Vic to take in a foster dog, encouraging him to tidy up his life so he can impress Howie (played by Thomas Lennon), the exacting rescuer. Elsewhere, Ceci attempts to return the favor for Barb’s kindness by expediting Noa's application—primarily by softening his appeal.
