It makes for agreeable watching. USS Christmas doesn’t break any new ground, but it delivers on its purpose: a sweet holiday narrative. The story is nicely constructed, and the naval setting brings something different to the standard Christmas movie mix. Jen Lilley and Trevor Donovan have a perfectly acceptable rapport, while supporting actors like Brett Rice and Keith Flippen do their jobs well.
