Having seen many movies that try to imitate ‘Gone Girl’ without quite succeeding, this one, ‘Strange but True,’ isn't the worst of them; it’s pretty average. The storytelling gets a bit convoluted at times, but the actors are good, and seeing the unusual final section alone makes it worthwhile.
